What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and a securely hashed password. When you use Auto Motion 3D we store the 3D models and reference files you upload, the prompts you write, and the animations, training sessions and credit activity linked to your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; we keep only a Stripe customer reference, your purchase history and subscription status.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and secure the service, process your animations, manage credits and billing, send transactional emails (such as receipts and password-reset codes) and respond to support requests.

Your content

Your uploaded models and generated animations are private to your account. We do not sell your data or use your content to train shared models without your permission.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. If you choose “Remember me”, a secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.

Retention & deletion

You can delete uploaded models at any time from your workspace. To delete your account and associated data, contact support.
